A group of people that share the love for the bicycle, guided by the enthusiasm of prof. Capasso, with the support of SIN, gives rise to an event of unexpected success. Municipalities gradually begin to adopt resolutions implementing Law 98/13. At the event, year after year, will join many transplant patients, both donors and recipients…some even as cyclists!
